    FS: OBDII VR6 (Spun Rod Bearing....) CHEAP!

    Just like the title says boys and girls. The engine came out of a 98 Jetta GLX that had 125k miles on it. If I recall correctly it spun a rod bearing on cylinder 2 and 5. Comes with head, exhaust manifolds, oil filter housing, cam position sensor. Note, the crank does have minimal grooves in it that will not polish out. The head and everything else should be solid! Asking $150 obo. I live in South Central PA and WILL NOT SHIP! Local pick up only. Thanks for looking!

    Hello,

    I have a 2001 jetta VR6 AFP, the engine works, but I'm going to need a cylinder head, soon. Do you know if your head is compatible? I'm planning a trip to Phili Pa tomorrow, are you close to Phili? Perhaps we can make a deal tomorrow, engine will need to go into the trunk, somehow. You can email tomorrow or call tomorrow before 12pm.
