FS: 2003 A6 Avant (C5) 3.0 Quattro, Navy Blue, w/Tan Leather - needs engine work

Interior and Exterior in good condition, 130,000 miles. Needs engine work (see below) and rear brakes.

Timing belt done around 100k

Its been a great car, but last week encountered a ticking noise in the engine - diagnosis is it needs new camshafts and lifters on the right side. Also needs rear brake pads & rotors

Just at a point where we decide whether to invest in it and keep driving, or trade/sell it to someone looking for a project to give it new life. We chose the latter simply because we have two kids and were thinking about something bigger anyhow in the near future. I can post pics too but just wanted to put out a feeler for anyone looking for a fixer.
