ECS tuning says they sell an OEM one thats 29mm. I'd assume that's what the OEM one on your car is.

Stock Sway Bar Diameters?

Does anyone know what the stock F&R sway bar diameters, interested in knowing how much bigger these aftermarket ones are then the original ones.

Not sure about the front, but the rear is ~13mm on the non sport a4 and 15mm on the sport model. Pretty sure.
