your GIAC chip isn't meant for your 630cc injectors

You have any way of logging some data?

Short of that do as suggested, check for exhaust leaks, check for vacuum leaks, check that fpr is connected. Finally make sure your software can run the larger injectors.

It also is not meant for a BOV. It needs to be recirculated if your still running a MAF. Really pretty sure giac doesn't have 630 files but I have been wrong before

Also if your numbers are + 25 your not running rich you are running lean. That number correlated to the amount of correction done to injector pulse width to get the car closer to zero. 25% is the maximum correction modern Bosch management systems can correct

Well I did a PCV delete so I should be able to run the BOV with no issues... as for the fuel trim, you can tell its running rich because its like pure fuel being emitted from the exhaust+ smoke, and car usually wont start again after you shut it off again, have to take plugs out and clean them off

So, you have a delRio file? If so, it has to have a MAF and no BOV. The PCV delete has nothing to do with being able to run a BOV. I had a long time ago a delRio file. It always ran rich unfortunately. Yeah, it still made power, but nothing like other SW.

and +25 means that it's adding fuel and dumping a lot more of it then is actually needed. I'd say make sure you have no vacuum leaks, get rid of the MAF, and run the HW that is necessary for your GIAC tune

Don't drive it until you figure out the issue, you will wash out your rings
