Some of you have already nailed some of my favorites (Kensington, Rondine, 449 and Efijy) Still it's very hard to pick one. The Bertone Carabo wasn't terribly realistic, though it was outstanding. Same with the Dome P1. The '63 Corvair Monza concepts were incredible but not quite production realistic.
So I'm going to pick the Lotus Etna: It should have been the follow up to the Esprit, but it never happened. I always thought it was gorgeous.

I can't quite think of anything right now. But one car that comes to mind, the kia naimo, which i would definitely buy if it came out. However i'll contribute more to this thread after i'm done criticizing how ugly the Mercedes SLS is.

Good luck driving most any of the concepts here, genius... but they're all "realistic" in that they were conceived by someone, and someone else wishes to drive it (the entire, er, "concept" behind "concept cars..."
Here, drive this...
dodge always had kick ass concepts... these would be my two picks... and Im surprised they have neither been posted yet... especially the Copperhead....
EDIT: I know the thread rules state "pick ONE" and I've already posted two, but I had to add this one, the Jeep Gladiator:
