    Hey Guys,

I've been trying to get an update on my seats but cannot get a reply from his shop phone, his cell phone, email or the business Facebook page!!

We had agreed to have the seats done by the end of April and that is quickly approaching...I have not heard a word from him since he received my seats.

Has anyone heard from him? Ron, are you out there?!?!

    Cheers,
    Chris

I'm tired of hearing those responses! Communication is such a huge part of running a business!!!
He has given me no update since he has received my seats and has not returned any of my phone calls, emails or facebook messages.

Pretty sure he knows I'm trying to get a hold of him!!!

    From JJ Customs Facebook page....

"Hi everyone, this is Jessica. Ron has been very sick and wanted me to get on here and let everyone know that he is not ignoring them, he has just been down the better part of the last 3 weeks. I will be trying to get in touch with everyone who has attempted to contact him. Im not overly familiar with his email system but will do my best. - Jessica"

Do a couple searches here on the Vortex about this, and fill yourself in on the details. Good luck.

I think Ron should just say he is perma-sick and not take any more orders if this is how its going to go down... Yes custom work takes a long time, yes its hard to juggle things in your life, yes we understand you get sick a lot, but its not excuse to take peoples money for a job and not update them for weeks at a time. #TerribleBusinessPractices

I realize it's really hard to be patient with someone when they have valuable items of yours, but last I heard Ron's had some serious ongoing health problems that he's working with and trying to get figured out. So maybe cut him just a little slack, as hard as it may be to do that. Even if it takes a little while he will do an awesome job I'm sure.
    oh herro.

If it makes you feel any better, most of the people that he deals with that I know personally did get their stuff back done and all were happy. There is just no gurantee that will be anywhere near the time he told you it will be done Most wait several months past the agreed on date, but they all get their stuff eventually
