    Just a dumb question. Can i use the rear center filler the part between the tail lights behind the plate if it wasnt origanally on there?? Like is all the mounting stuff thee???

    Yes, you can, but the outboard holes aren't there unless you drill them, or use some kind of two sided adhesive tape. The license plate bolts will hold it on in the center too.

    I thought about doing this but have mixed feelings about how it looks.
