random 2 and 4

I got random and multiple misfire (intermitent) as well as 2 and 4 is this icm or cam position sensor?
only happens when i am at high boost WOT and cel starts flashing. when this occurs i cant go past w/e rpm im at the time.

Move coilpack 2 to position 1 and coilpack 4 to position 3. Does it follow the coilpack or position?
