Have any of you guys seen the Nova series on the Kee Bird (available on youtube)? It is HEARTBREAKING! If anyone is interested in WW2 aircraft and finding them, I would highly recommend the book "Hunting Warbirds"

Yeah, I've seen it. Those guys were idiots.
Not to mention it would've just been cheaper to split the plane into a couple of chunks (tail, body, L wing, R wing) and Sikorsky Sky-Crane that **** outta there.

Agreed. The whole operation was half-assed. In my limited experience with the warbird community, I've noticed that there is a lot of half-assedness. Kinda' surprising, really, since so much money is thrown around. Originally Posted by emmettlodge
