i passed with no cat on my car, im running a spacer for the o2 so it wont throw a code. I, under normal inspection, should have failed visual, but after years in the game and working for the shop i took it to, i passed. Dont expect the same for you though. Some countes in PA do both visual and plug in tests, if you dont throw a code, awesome you pass stage 1, best bet to pass stage 2 is to just get a high flow

i want to get a 3inch downpipe that has no resonator, and no cat. but i dont want to get it, put it on, and then when its time to get my car inspected, not pass because of the cat not being there
