    Like new condition, stored in an ESD protective bag since 2000, out of my 1999 A4. Manual trans. ECU manufactured Sept 4 1998. Made in Germany by Bosch. Never tampered with, stock tune. $75 shipped to anywhere in the continental USA, Paypal or US Post Office money order

    Do you think its gonna be compatible with a 2001 1.8t 225hp tt?

    It is only compatible with a 1.8T that is engine code = "AEB", which is a 150HP version of the 1.8T

    I don't think the 225HP version is an AEB.

    This engine code can be found stamped into a tab of metal on the front end of the engine cylinder head, right behind the cam-belt cover. There should be a 3 letter code, stamped with a series of dots, into the aluminum.
