Most reliable dealer service department near DC?

I noticed some fuel leaking from the passenger rear wheel area of my R32 and want to take it in to see if this has anything to do with the fuel system recall. I've been to a few dealerships in the area over the years, but never for service work... any recommendations for which dealer is the best to work with? Thanks.

Jeff Elam at Lindsay VW is probably one of the best techs in the area. He was at Stohlman when I had my caddy16v and he serviced my '07 MkV at Lindsay. He is an enthusiast and will give it to you straight. He was featured back in '91 or '92 in VW&Porsche (might have converted to European car at that point) for his red GLI with a european spec G60 setup.
