I got my bag setup from Andrew at ORT around christmas (best customer service ever!)

I put about 12-15000km on it since then without a single problem untill today.

The car is a mkv Jetta running an accuair vu4 + avs 7 switch box. I'm running 2 water traps in between the tank and the manifold as suggested by accuair.

Everything works fine beside that now my driver side rear bag won't air out. It will air up but if I hit that switch there's no clicking noise and nothing will happend. Same thing if I hit the middle switch for all 4 corners or all the rears it will work fine beside that the driver side rear won't go down. But it will go up if I ask it. My only way to air it down was to open the water trap.

Do you guys know what could the problem be ?

Would it be the switch box or the accuair.

Also today out of no where, a bolt completly unscrewed by it self!

check all you connections to the valve block from switches, sounds like you might have lost contact, most likely one wire got disconnected.

So if anyone run into the same problem as me.

    Problem:
    - Pressing Left rear dump: left rear wouldn't air out
    - Pressing all Rear Dump: right rear would air out but not left rear
    - Pressing all corner dump: car would air out beside left rear
    - Pressing left rear fill: left rear would fill
    - Pressing all Rear fill: all rear would fill
    - Pressing all corner fill: the whole car would air up

What I did to figure out the problem.

    Rewire:

    - Controller Rear Left Dump on manifold Rear Right Dump
    - Controller Rear Right Dump on manifold Rear Left Dump

    Now when pressing:

    - Rear right dump (supposed to dump left): Rear left would dump
    - Rear left dump (supposed to dump right): Rear right wouldn't air out
    - All rear dump: Left would air out but not right

Conclusion, it's not the Manifold the problem but the controller. So I called my buddy Andrew at ORT and purchased a new controller and I will send my old one to AVS when I receive the new one.

As for the bolt unscrewing on the manifold I didn't yet figured out how this happened. I opened the manifold, all the magnet and everything are in place and clean so I've put it back together and everything work great!

those bolts are not torqued down at all really. I made a bracket for my ecu to go on those posts of the vu4 and when taking them off I had to apply almost 0 pressure. I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Why hasn't anybody suggested that the solenoid isn't working anymore....if it is all of a sudden like this then my best guess is that a solenoid crapped out on you. Swap it out, don't screw around with the wiring, just check the connections
