After saying no to getting a R because of the DSG, I have come 180. I am now the owner of a RB loaded 4dr. This car is really overpriced and missing a few things but I forgot about all of that once I got behind the wheel. Plus I got it for less than what the dealer wanted to sell it for. Hopefully there is no buyers remorse.

Dumb question but where the hell is the ignition? I got a valet key, which is why im asking.

Valet key? You need a switch blade key to start.. I got 2, no valet key that I can remember. Push Button start right?

yeah. Push button. Two switch blades and a valet.

Guess the valet just gets you in the car. You need the fob to start..

I got a Valet key as well, from previous posts, I believe that there are actual spots for the key blades on the car in case the battery on the fobs die. Im not positive where for the door, but I believe that under the push button is the key hole. How comfortable id feel peeling that off before I valet the car, is a different story

The party should be still going. I had to leave way early. I meet a couple folks but not anyone from TX. I heard mentioned a few times that there were alot of Rs there. There was a good showing and various stages of mods.

Keep your car nice and don't attempt to peel off the push button. No key hole there. The valet key and dead battery fob will start the car if you hold it right next to the steering column and push the ignition.
