Sorry, it will not work. The 02A uses a totally different way to operate the clutch. In fact if you ever worked on any older US models it works just like them, standard or conventional might be a way to descride it's function.
You are going to need a new flywheel also and a starter. The shifter is cable operated, which I found much better than the rod/lever mess, so a new shifter assy is also required (have heard a mechanical conversion is possible). Clutch "operation" is also an issue. The 02A is most times operated using hydraulic fluid (brake fluid) but you can get a mechanical operation assy used in some models for cable operation.
It requires some work and parts to install one but if done correctly you will enjoy it much more than the 020 with its rods and levers and bushings. I even used a short shifter from Hurst which made the throws so smooth and close it took some time to get used to driving with it.
