Up for sale is a set of tan leather skins. Included is the front and rear covers with headrest covers.
These are 100% genuine leather. Made by an aftermarket company, but has all OE style plastic clips sewn in. Leather is also foam backed, these are as close to OEM as possible, quality is spot on.
Sunlight pic to show the color a little better:
Price: $400 + shipping (should be around $25-30 in the states.
Email is best form of contact, which can be found in my sig. Thanks!

would be nice to hear what company made it, how long ago you bought it, if it has a warrantee, if that warantee is transferable, how much it costs new.....

A serious buyer could take the minute to email as I requested from the very first post.
Sale is pending.
#11
A serious seller would post all the info once instead of repeating it in emails over and over.
#12
I am a serious seller which is why I do not waste my time with those who don't bother emailing like I requested.
Furthermore, the original post that started this "argument" was written in a smart ass way.. Not one actual question asked. Not going to waste my time with someone of that nature, obviously not seriously interested.
Again, sale pending to someone who is serious enough to follow my requests.

If your current buyer falls through send me a pm... I have the cash waiting and will take them.

i do not wish you luck with the sale.
if the following:
would be nice to hear what company made it, how long ago you bought it, if it has a warrantee, if that warantee is transferable, how much it costs new.....
is enough to get your panties in a bunch and hurt your pride, beat it.
not willing to share this information with the public makes you look to be sketchy as YOU are not serious enough to follow MY requests.....
who do you think you are where you as a seller gets to make all sorts of "requests" to a buyer?? YOU are the one that should be conforming to reasonable requests such as stating :
what company made it, how long ago you bought it, if it has a warrantee, if that warantee is transferable, how much it costs new.....

warranty not warantee.
If you had a question you should have asked a question, not made a sarcastic post.
You've made it clear you are not going to be buying these and I'm perfectly happy not selling them to you. Thanks for bumping my thread.

As Kevin has stated, I am the owner of 1/2 sets.
The covers are extremely well made, could pass for OEM.
They are slightly pebbled leather - very much genuine leather.
They have foam padding sewn into the insides, and have oem style clips.
I have not installed mine yet, but simply because I don't have time.
They will require a little bit of work as the covers need a few items cut out, headrest buttons and so forth.
The covers were manufactured in Brazil I believe? I will have to check again later.
Getting a set of covers like this made from scratch would cost you well over $1500 or more.
Even with the slight amount of work involved with these, $400 is an incredible deal that anyone would jump on if they need new covers for their TT.
This leather is far more rugged and durable than the OEM napa.
Hope this helps.

thank you for the clarification with respect to the spelling of warranty.
as to weather or not one is included, you have still evaded this question...
should I need further help on grammar you will be the person I contact.
should I need new seat covers for my TT, you will not be the person I contact.

color fading, color bleeding ito other fabrics like pants, leather splitting while stretching it to fit over the seat cushions, UV rays bleaching the leather after a few months because it was dyed with cheap dyes, stitching coming undone because it was not properly tied off,
i mean do i really have to go on and on with all the reasons why a warranty are needed?????
i have purchased custom seat covers before on other cars, and they all had warranties for things like this. I had an mk3 jetta GL that came with ugly cloth. I spent about 750$ for custom leather covers, and had an extensive warranty. The covers were purchased through the dealer and installed by the dealer.
To further state my point, take the company katzkin. Yes they cost way more but they are a gaurenteed fit, with a good warranty. from the katzkin FAQ web page:
Does it come with a warranty?
Yes. Every Katzkin leather trimmed interior is backed by a 3 year/36,000 mile national warranty.
Who are you guys anyways??? You act like I'm asking for a sperm sample from the seller.....these are all very valid requests......![]()

i see you sell these on ebay...
how many sets do you have? are you trying to sell on the vortex a commercial product without paying the advertiser's fee?
my bottom line is i was considering these until i found out they are cheap foreign knock offs that probably do not fit well and i will be SOL when they fade out, bleed out, and tear during instal...
shove them up your ass

I'm sorry - did I say something to give you the impression I was being an ass?
Seems to me you have something personal going on here and I was simply trying to shed some light on a question you asked - and then simply asked a question in regards to what you were looking for.
There was absolutely no sarcasm involved in my post.
But thank you for showing your maturity and kindness towards others trying to help you.
And not trying to fuel the flame but I think it's important to point out Katzkin is almost $2000 for a custom setup.

I *was* interested in these until OP failed to answer simple info on the product. I think speed has made a valid argument.
Regardless, I would've hoped they came in other colors

A question was never actually asked, if he would have asked a question it may have been answered.
Sorry this is the only set of covers available. No other colors, no other sets.
And as a side note:
This is not a commercial post. I have paid thousands of dollars for advertising on here already.. This is well within whats allowed. So sorry for having it listed on eBay as well as here.

Oh and "cheap foreign knock offs"
These are made by an OE supplier that specializes in vw/Audi unlike other companies who make for anything under the sun.
Just because it's made someplace else doesn't mean it's not of high quality, that it is a rather ignorant statement. I guess you're not aware with how much shipping alone costs on international items.

Kev,
Could you pm me? I am wondering if these are still available. I also have a couple of other questions. Thanks.
