    I have
1 red thick wire HOT battery
    1 blue wire
    1 black wire

    RED to B+
    Blue to D+
    black to ground

I have a feeling before i bought it & the guy had the 2700 engine it had an ALT
I got it with the 1600 w/ GEN he swapped in a week before shipping it.
No voltage reg was in the car. The shop i took it to hooked up a volt reg.

BTW i don't see any wiring under the back seat like the bugs. I have a THING

I do this all the time. in this case i would pay my self back lol cause for once i figured it out on my own.

Case in point i was on the phone with a guy in TX from 10pm till 1am talking him through wiring up his whole MSD ignition for a mk1 with a mk2 swap & more. I got 4 hours sleep after that.
