So after seeing someone give them kudos last month I decided to take my GLI here for the 90 day routine checkup. Some minor rear deck vibration, rusted out door brackets (I think Im the only one thats seen this happen) and a tiny trunk latch issue. They fixed everything without as much as even a quarrel, and heres the kicker...even adjusted my dieselgeek shifter to make it shift absolutely perfect without me even asking. Was planning on tweaking it when I had a few free minutes but just hadn't gotten to it yet. Seriously I give these guys some props. Also saw this while I was at the dealership. Want.

Really good to know that I've got a dealership near me that I wont have to hesitate to take my car to.

Awesome. While I haven't had too bad of a time at Ourisman, I rarely feel that they are competent enough to handle issues when I raise them. They are on their A-game about 50% of the time.
Although they have gotten better than when I first went in there, so maybe they're coming around. Just this week they even performed a warranty repair on my modded car
It is good to know there is another place to go if they decided to become a PITA.
