new to vwvortex, and getting a gra vr6. advice needed

found a nice 02' gti vr6 with fairly low mileage and reasonably priced. but before i make a purchace id love some insight from some people who know vw's. first off what would you consider a good price on an 02 with 79,xxx miles in great condition? second, i have some plans for this car to have it looking right and moving quick, and i would like to know what kind of price to expect for the following aftermarket parts, and also what the best brand to go with is for each part;

headers
cams
cold air intake
full exhaust (custom maybe) good full sound, not ricey fart can sounding
chip?
short shifter
stage 2 clutch
lowering springs
fat 5's
r32 trim/skirt kit (will that work on an 02? if not, other suggestions)
a duck bill
hid's or halos, some kind of updated headlights
fogs
tuning
a nice system, strong bass but nothing ridiculous. just good sound
super dark tint
euro plate
a long way down the road, but a decent sized turbo


for the list above id like to know the following: best brand to go with, what price to expect for the BEST, what price i could possibly get by going with more "bargain brands". also, the difference in cost that im looking at between suffering through doing all that by myself, versus paying for a shop to do all the work.
i would really appreciate my questions being answered, but im also open to other suggestions to catch some more horse power, and also make it more cosmetically pleasing. thanks guys
