Hey, I'm posting this for a friend of mine. Shes too lazy to join and ask herself. Her 09 Jetta with DSG will downshift really hard when slowing, usually the 3 to 2 and 2 to 1 shift. Ive driven it and its a pretty hard jerk, something I wouldnt think it normal. Anyway, the dealership of course says this is normal and its how DSG works, I find that hard to believe. Couldnt find a good result in the search but Ive gotta imagine others have had this issue. Any ideas?
