I just picked up an 08 R32. I'm in love. The car is pretty much perfect for me as is, but I can see getting the itch eventually to do some stuff to it. My current plan is to get UM ECU/DSG software and gen 2 haldex controller and that's how it'll stay for awhile.

I am wondering though, has anyone put together a turbo kit for this motor with the intention of more modest gains, just a bit above where you could take the motor NA? Maybe ~300+ awhp? Maybe something I could piece together over time while I'm enjoying the car and then build it up one day?

    Thanks for any advice.

As said above but i would run a headspacer to help compression a little.
LPT and run the stock plenum for stealth.
