Thread: mk3 jetta spoiler mod? diy?

    i seen a while back someone modded there trunk spoiler to sit more flush with the trunk not 100%, just the sides. does anyone have a link or pics?

    Just unbolt the spoiler from the inside of your trunk lid, sand down the two plastic ends, test fit, sand more until your are flush on both sides. Here's mine.

    I recently modded mine to be completely flush, removed the uprights and sanded alot off the ends. Painting soon and installing.

    did you sane the trunk sie or spoiler side of the mounts? and did you use the oem hardware?
