Same setup as mine, although there's a lot bigger pops from his car..

Here's a speedo video, not making full boost in this one.

    And an engine bay pic

And a spare bracket I'm selling for anyone that wants to DIY

Note the bracket above is the same as what's fitted to my car and the OP, to suit the Rotrex C30. Not the new UM kit which uses larger C38.

This thread was made to demonstrate launch control and flat shifting and show what it is actually like, it just so happens the caris fitted with a Rotrex, the 2 are not connected. Adjustable Launch control and flat shift is available on ME7.x in both clean and dirty formats. MED9.x will be available soon.

Just saw your post Matt, it's James in Ireland.

I presume my car has the "Clean" version... Can I have the "Dirty" option

Sure can The next time your flash is updated I will change that for you

Not really, Anti lag (ALS) operates to keep the turbo spinning in a closed throttle state. The throttle in both of the videos is WIDE OPEN.

ALS is something that I am working on for ME7.

Oh I was talking about the sound of it before it launched.. I know the difference, .. Anti-lag would sounds insane on a big boosted R.. I just got chills, haha. I feel like I've seen a video of an R on a dyno with anti-lag, might not have been.

Hey Matt just shot you guys an email about the rotrex kit and a software question, but forgot to ask whats the difference b/w the dirty and clean options? Didn't see it on your site..

The dirty version creates dirty gas in the exhaust (un burnt fuel) and will create flames. The clean version doesn't and runs a full clean exhaust gas

Can launch control and no shift be mapped on top of another company`s map or does the ECU have to be completely mapped by UN ?

Don't hold me to this, but from previous answers on this question I think the Launch Control & No Lift Shift is only available as an ad on to existing UM software.

Would you not ditch the HPA software and run UM? There are more benefits to be had than just the ad on's. Proven gains on here I believe..

It is to do with the control strategy of fuel and ignition, not necessarily cutting either.

I thought so, thanks for the reply. Nice to hear there is a clean version as all that popping and banging would get me far to much attention from the police.

Unburnt fuel passing through any cats that are fitted, the pressure in the exhaust system is higher than the clean version.

I know they always say "If you have to ask how much something is....you can't afford it!" but, if / when a formal kit ever does make it state side, how much are we looking at (Ballpark)... $8k, $9k, $10k, $10k+. Along with this, not that I'm overly concerned with crazy power, but what types of numbers would the c38 kit put down? Seems like there is plenty of interest in this "kit", enough so that it would probably warrant its release....

Huh ...the charger is the big ticket item and its like $3k, don't think there is 9-12k of additional parts (Brackets, IC, piping, injectors, tune). I imagine it would be in the 8-10k range, but just wanted confirmation more than anything. We'll find out eventually

*Edit....you may be partially right. Storm Development advertises their kit at £7,600 (~$12k us), but that has rods, pistons, water injection, etc.
