2010 TDI O2 Sensor issues... Vag scan included

[E30Bimmer]

2010 TDI has had O2 Sensors replaced and even the ECM due to dead signal on Pin 9. The car is still showing a glowplug light and pulling up codes. This is the most recent scan @ only 52k.

Could this be a faulty harness at this point?
