For anyone interested in some of the talented magazine writers from when SCC was a great mag and before it was cancelled:

Dave Coleman (known for great technical articles and "The Dave Point") contributes over at http://www.motoiq.com.

He was also involved a few years back in Top Gear America's Project Sipster TDI Rabbit,
and has posted the articles on motoiq. Here.

i agree with what most everyone has said in earlier post ... but it is sad from the point of there are alot of second tier and some first tier rides that will never get a feature in a mag now . lets face it pvw can put only x amount of cars for the whole world basically. it was hard as hell to get in pvw with eurotuner now its going to be next to impossiable now without .just my two pennies worth

I'd like to see Golf+ get some more circulation in the States. Or PVW could add some pages

I don't know if this guy's legit, but Dave Coleman posts here under the SN eyesoreracing.

Too bad about et, but everyone's right, it wasn't that great a mag.

Got monitors inside the trunklid? Sure, you can have a feature!

I guess I'm a bit behind, but I just found out about this. How is it that the American market can support 20 different magazines on Camaros, Mustangs, and Corvettes, but there wasn't enough profitability for one magazine on modified European cars?

Okay, maybe I'm part of the problem, as I always read it at in the Barnes and Noble cafe instead of buying the magazine.

Also because Jethro and Bosefus with their souped up Cameros aint gots no internet. Euro car enthusiests are more into joining internet forums than buying a mag to check out what a Hemi will fit into.

Always like Eurotuner. Not surprised at it's death though. I haven't bought one in a while, wasn't into Euro till I bought two! Oh well. But as far as reading mags, I'd rather have it in hand. Just my 2 cents.

The one gripe I always had about Eurotuner...and yes I know some of these guys actually got dirty and built their own ****, but I know some of those guys just have way to much money. I can't afford half of the cars they ever showed there.

July issue of European Car doesn't list Bidrawn as Editor.

It also happens to be my last issue.
