    for all they guys out there running boosted stock aba 8v engines in their mk3's

    Id like to compare

    i ran 12-13psi with a leaky blow off valve and did
    203 HP
    242lbs TORQUE

    bone stock healthy 8v on E85 450cc walbro 255lph and like 55psi fuel presure to keep the A/f nice
    A/F siting around 12.4
    8psi at 2800 full 13 at 3500
    50. trim gt30r ebay with A/r internals and mid housing
    2" piping
    front mount

    best hp was in 5th gear pull


    just trying to compare i was impressed with the torque numbers
    if you got single upgrades like a mild cam and stock all else post ur results also.

    yes and no. base turbo rom. so timing and 3" MAF adapter work out ok.

    Reliabilty testing. All day in boost driving it hard at 17 psi for 1000 miles and counting on a stock engine. No issues. Wana see how much it handles before taking the gasket at 15-17 psi.

    ill scan it tomorow and post it.

    .. by the way i checked the ecu and it has a chip on top of a encryptor.. so the rom cant be copied. who makes em this way?

    Im now running 18psi stock all day and been holding up. Headgasket hasnt blown. Ive reached my max on the 450cc
    Runing 65psi Fuel pressure and getting 14's on the AF
    been blending some gas with e85 to keep the af under 13 mid 12.

    Beat on it and hold 18psi for miles non stop topping out 5th on a o2j.

    If i have time this weekend ill hit the dyno on 18psi if i can manage to get some 650 cc injectors and run full e85. And see what numbers i get.
    Then ill be satisfied and throw in the arp studs and a cam and see if it likes 24psi. I think its as far as id go on stock internals.

    This again is a bone stock 98 cabrio Engine.
    loving the o2j no more blown out spider gears lol.
    I was having to replace 5th gear on 15psi.
