No. Think about it. How would shot piston rings make oil go out the spark plug hole. It would leak past the rings and into the sump. There isn't any oil in the combustion chamber anyway, or shouldnt be...
If you have oil in the spark plug hole it's probably the seal around the spark plug tube. If you are getting blow-by up the spark plug tube it won't leave oil, but fuel if anything there. That would be caused by impropper seal of the spark plug to the head. Either you torqued it down with a lot of debris on the sealing surface, spark plug isn't torqued down all the way, or you have a crack there (but that's highly unlikely).
