transmisson clunking while letting off gas?

Hey,
So just like the title says, while driving if I let off the gas, slowly or one quick motion, the tranny clunks or clicks and jumps the slightest bit. The shifter moves along with it. It happens mostly in 3rd through 6th. I was wondering if anyone else has had this? And if its a problem or something to really worry about.
