***************Price drop to $4,700 *******************and tags are paid to May 2013
At this point it might be easier to just part it out and try to get the money I'm looking for.
Most recent shot as of 05/25/2012. This is how it will sell, Audi wheels and all.
It's a well used 2002 GTI 337 with just under 140k miles. It has been daily driven for the past 10 years. I came up with the price $5,000 after looking at KBB.com's "fair" condition pricing of $3,300.00 and adding a reasonable amount for the aftermarket parts that will be included with the car. I went off the lower end price due to the "much loved" condition the car is in...it will mostly need body work. If I keep it I'll probably do some kind of fun backyard paint scheme like a flat camo design.
UPDATE: The car will be sold with the stage 3 turbo kit it has now. It's a GT2871r ATP turbo hardware kit! That is why the price bumped up to $5,000
I will also consider trades...not other cars but parts I would be able to use in my TT.

I can also text better quality pics below.
It does pass smog. You just need someone who doesn't care about visual inspection!
Clean title, on paper I'm the 2nd owner but in reality I was the only owner. My brother signed for the car when I was 18, we bought it from Barber VW in Ventura.
As for maintenance:
Oil was changed every 3k-4k miles.
Most recent work was done 4/27/12, new oil dip stick tube, new dip stick, new Coolant globe line where that Y plastic connector tends to leak, and oil change.
Before that a few months ago the oil pan was upgraded to the hybrid pan from ECS Tuning and plastic coolant flange that houses the coolant temp sensor was changed.
Timing service was done about 110k miles, was the "ultimate plus" kit from ECS
AC does NOT work, heater works though. Found a leak in the condenser one day, never got around to replacing it due to over all nice weather here.
Also the ABS light is on. Probably just the sensor or wiring (common).
The car runs fine for the most part...it will need head gaskets replaced soon since it's leaking and burning oil...oil gets to the spark plugs and causes misfires. I've driven the car as a daily driver even with these issues, and would be driving it still if I didn't pick up a TT.
It will have:
Engine:
Garret GT2871r, ATP turbo kit
225hp TT injectors
225hp TT 4.0 bar FPR
225hp TT fuel pump
225hp TT intake manifold with driver side t-body
225hp TT dual side mount intercoolers (Eurojet kit)
K&N short ram intake
Hybrid oil pan (steel bottom) from ECS Tuning
ECU progammed by Neuspeed for a GT28RS. It put out about (can't remember exactly) 293hp, 278tq to the wheels. I can find the documentation, the dyno day was published in EuroTuner, I came in 3rd. PLUS extra ECU, see below...
Lightweight 8lbs battery (not even a year old)
Neuspeed 2.75" Cat-Back exhaust, don't know if I'll have a dp for the K04 swap.
Neuspeed lightweight underdrive pullies
Suspension:
Neuspeed Race spings, yellow 2.0" drop
Koni Yellows
Neuspeed Front sway bar
Neuspeed adjustable rear sway bar
Neuspeed lower tie-bar
Neuspeed upper tie-bar
Neuspeed dog-bone mounts
Body:
Carbon Fiber boser style hood (don't know the brand)
Carbon Fiber hatch by VIS
badgeless front grill
Freedom Design wing
Eurosport Design R32 rep rear bumper
Eurosport Design R32 rep side skirts
WetWerks Fiberglass R32 rep front bumper
Seat Cupra R lip
VW 20th Ann. headlamps
NRG light weight seats to match 337 interior, synthetic leather
ALSO INCLUDED:
An EXTRA ECU from a 2005 VW GLI, it has APR's StageIII tuning and IMMO was removed. Stock hood (I don't have the stock hatch), 2 more NRG light weight seats in cloth which also match black and red stitch interior, and any other misc. parts I might still have in my garage. Don't get too excited though, I sold most of the stock parts a long time ago.
Here are some pics. I didn't both to wash it so you can see actually how "well used" it is. Email me your number and I'll text you better quality pics.

Soooo... It looks like I will have to sell the car with the stage 3 kit in it since it would be too much fabricating to get that kit on the TT. If so, new price will be $5,500.

can u give me a call i have 2 people that are very interested in ur car.![]()

More photos added, like I said that dyno day was when the car had a gt28rs in it... now it has a gt2871r so the power is a bit higher.

Not looking to part it out. I live in an apartment complex, I don't have the tools, space or time to part this out.
That's the main reason I'm selling it by the way. I just bought a TT and really don't have anywhere to put a 2nd car. Otherwise this would still be my daily driver.
