Let's assume it really is a solid car with nothing wrong.
And we buy it for $2,000.

Any HD parts from the Police CV that'll fit?
    Cop suspension bits?

    Spacers.
    Flat black rattle can.
    Cut the springs.
    Tint windows.
Bosozoku style exhaust with straight pipes.

    BAM.

Get some suspension, brake and induction parts from the "sportier" version of CV or Mustang. I am fairly sure those could be had very cheap second-hand or refurbished.
Taking on them mountains. One hill at a time.

Well, in MD that car is already cool; just need to tint the windows and get a better sound system.

The lincoln is on air, you can twist the bag mounts to make it a touch lower, change the wheels, big and dished, add a stereo and cruise. Will it be "cool" no, but it won't be completely lame.

so basically you have $2000 to spend on mods...

for me: stiffer suspension, lower a bit, tint the windows, bangin' sound system.

5 speed swap from a mustang and a wet shot.
Revo Stage 2, 42dd Turboback, Forge TIP, Forge 004, Evoms CAI, Eurosport FMIC, some .:R line goodies, Eibach Sport System Plus, and a bit of Alpine. Yet still so slow.

For $4k I could fly Jack Baruth down here to drive it for me. That'd be fun as hell.
