passenger door won't unlock on mk4 golf

i'm new to the forum and need some help, my passenger door won't open using the key fob or manually, I need to get it open to fix the problem but i'm stuck as to how I get the door unlocked, please help

no it won't open at all

You're gonna need to take the door apart. It's a mechanical problem.
