Thread: 00665 -P0299 Underboosting Code HELP!

    1. 05-05-2012 10:47 AM #1
After custom stage 2 remap,my car has thrown p0299 code.I went to mechanic,he tests leak but no leaking from vacuum line. But he says, probably it leaks from exhaust side, all the components dismount and view the gaskets.but not seems to leaking from exhaust manifold.Already have D version dv but I try new same dv 06h 145 710d but no difference. And my turbo is changed 6000 miles before about the same problem.Local dealer changes the new turbo but hasnt solved the problem. When stock or stage 1 map no thrown code. But stage2 map,i had p0299 code.Block 114 and 115 Logs.
      Please help me

      :thumb up:

Most commonly it's a DV or a small boost leak, but could be these as well.
      Explanation:
      Faulty wastegate bypass regulator valve
      Probable cause:
      1. Mechanical damage at turbo
      2. Faulty charge Air pressure sensor
