Thread: I need torx screws

    Well I'm taking my bumper off and I notice the center piece is missing the two lower screws. Anyone have spares that they are willing to share?

    Theres a place called space age in mesa (707 s country club0 that sells automotive fasteners..........

    Oh yeah , ace hardware.?!

    By the time you drive anywhere to pick the up you'll be out gas money and your time....

    I think the $10 he'd buy for shipping from ECS far out weighs the .80cents/per screw he'd pay at the dealership...

    yeah but i bet it will take 2 or 3 trips to get the correct screws

    Ecs will booty rape me on shipping. I will figure something out. Most likely head to space age when I get a free hour or two during normal people hours

    here is what to do...
    go to used car lot with gti
    show interest
    take gti for test drive
    go to empty lot
    rape front end of fasteners
    install non factory fasteners
    return vehicle, say its a piece of ****.
    drive away feeling good about self.
    win

    Any good VW specific mechanic should have a plethora of extra OEM hardware. I suggest you try a local shop
