So looking to do a turbo build on my mk3.

Just so happens theres a kit a guys selling for $1200 that was originally on a mk4 the was re-pieced together for a mk3.

It's not complete but hers what it has

turbonetics t3 63 trim turbo, no shaft play ( doesnt look to have a coolant inlet either. which i havent decided will work or not)

eip turbo manifold and downpipe (2 and half inch which my exhaust just so happens to be)

    turbosmart wasegate 38mm

    mk3 innercooler

mk4 innercooler pipping ( will be selling or trading)

What i think i would still need:

    injectors
software stage 1 for 6-8psi (prob going with untied motorsports or c2)
    mk3 inner cooler piping.
    various lines and hardware

So all in all would it be worth 1200 for what he has, or should I talk him down to 1,00 or just let it pass?

maintenance is good to go hopefully thank god. every gasket/seal has been replaced except for headgasket and cam seal. 88k on the clock timing done at 67. clutch and flywheel stage 1 less than a year old. brand new coil pack, crack pipe, t- stat housing, pcv delete, hopefully nothing else craps out. idk what else would need replaced on the motor itself for low psi

I believe your vrt belonged to Tim from european concepts at one point. If so thats who would be building mine, and where im getting the kit from.

That vrt made 856whp on a mustang dyno
