How rare is this?

So I did some looking and can't find much info on it, but how rare is this cluster? I have access to one in a junk yard close to me for about $20, curious if I should pick it up or not.

In Europe you find this cluster in Golf C. It is also a ashtray where the middle air vents on the dashboard usually is.

Why are you "curious" as to if you should pick it up? Do you like it? Is $20 too expensive for you? Who cares if its rare, just buy the damn thing if you like it. Rare or not...that thing is ugly.
