from your other ad I'm guessing this fits a small bumper car correct? Normally the big bumper hitches are different.

Hidden Hitch trailer hitch for mark2 golf and jetta (may fit others). Excellent shape, with tongue, mounting bolts, ball everything. I only used it for a ball mount bike rack, which is the ONLY way to go. Contact at esk2002ca@yahoo.com .

sounds like its this style hitch...
uses the bumper mounting bolts. works for big or small bump

This was removed from an 85 Jetta, and is very similar to the one in the photo. I am a retired guy/computer tard, so I don't know how to post pictures. If you have serious interest, email and I will send a photo.
