    Hey everyone,

finally found the set of "wheels" I have been looking for. Here is a picture:

    Specs are:
    Make: BBS RC
    Dimensions: 8x17 ET 35
    Weight: 7.4 kg / 16.3lbs

I have a super busy week but when I have time I am taking them to a friend who has a shop and he will be cleaning them and refurbishing what is needed.

Now I had the idea of paint them black but having the entire inside of the rims painted blue (probably candy blue or a sort of fluorenscent blue color). What do you guys think? Taking into consideration my car is reflex silver. Any other possible suggestions?

The car should look nice in stance for sure thanks to the extra poke.

Voila everyone. I'm loving the stance. Will have to get them painted though as they are "hurt" in a few places. Definitly feel the weight lose too. Fuel consumption is also down

Thanks. I have been decided on a set for 2 years now. Finally got these. 400 dollars with tires still good for the whole summer with me going hardcore on them so I'm very happy.

There is a set for sale on the 5x112 forum right now for $500 but in much worse shape...

I might pick them up for the winter...

What type of bolts are you running?

    Any spacers?

RCs are great. I wish they came in 18". Looks good on your R...but it is iconic on MKIV GLI.

Stock bolts without issues. I got mine for 450 with tires still good for one summer. The BBS logo on the caps though are f*©kd so I need to find new ones. I also need to get them repainted. No spacers either but I do get occasional rubbing but only in the back so I will get the fenders bent a bit.

Thanks bro. Happy to finally have them. By far the best aquisition (peformance and esthetics) that I have made for the R32.

They do come in 18 as well. I have seem some. These come from an audi but where originially made for the mk4 golf gti 25th edition here in Europe.

Oh and they clear the brakes perfectly. The stance is much more "german" style being low and wide (h&r springs btw). The rears stick out a bit too much for swiss regulations however as the tire sticks out a bit further than the fender so fender bending time.

Yep. I just used my stock bolts and they fit in flush and perfect. Length seems fine (also feels fine: no issues while driving (vibrations or other).

Paint job is finished. I ended up opting for a sober but with a little extra touch idea. The blue and black was too much, and since the rims are 17's, a dark color would make them seem even smaller.

Here they are. Tires are going on Friday so I am super impatient. The bbs logo in the center is going to be changed to carbon with silver BBS 3D writing. I am just waiting for them to arrive from order.

    Enjoy
