No A/C or heat, needs some help

I searched and couldn't find anything maybe someone could help. Today I got in the car and turned on the ac, got no air blowing. Turned the ac off and the heat up, still nothing. I assume the blower is shot or maybe the fuse? I could hear the vents switching from top to bottom as I changed it but no air coming out.

Where would the fuse be? Any suggestions what to check?

Engine cooling fans replaced last year and working.

sounds like blower motor resistor under pass side of dash
