WTB: MK3/2 Jetta less than $6k in/near CT

Currently car-less and I want to change that.
I'd really like a clean MK2 or MK3 Jetta with a 1.8t/VR6/VRT or Carbd 16v
Will consider a ABA swap but the price/location has to be right.
Looking for a daily so please no "projects"
Must be manual and prefer leather or recaros.
Not terrible picky on the color (white would be nice) as long as it is a pretty clean body. Some surface rust is ok but no rot.
I'm located eastern CT and can't travel terribly far...
