Sold my car kept the rack. This is for Tiguans that do not have rails fit all model year up till 2013

In good condition, I do not have the tools to secure it. The dealer said they DO sell the part.

I thought I had lost the torque key to my daughter's carrier bars for her rabbit, but the dealer said that I could order a new one, but that I needed the code or number that corresponded with my carrier bars. The code was printed on the book that came with the carrier bars. This makes sense since the the tool is also in essence the "key" that unlocks the bars. I think I was quoted $35 for the new "key".

I do not have a Tiguan that's why I didn't brother to get one. I believe the code is also stamped on the bars, atleast that's what the dealer told me.

I'm just saying that if YOU make it a complete set (bars + key) it might be easier to sell. GLWS.

The set that we bought for my daughter just arrived - no code on the bars themselves, but on the back of the booklet are two letters, which is the code needed (example "DE").
