For sure 30k is enough. If the starting car is clean enough.

HEHE I missed Pete talking trash.

Nope, I can take the heat from James because Dogger is actually DOING IT. He gave me constructive criticism and regardless, that was NOT EVEN the same thread nor the reason you troll.

Since I never posted on any of your threads (regarding your work) I actually felt bad that I may have hurt your feelings. I went over board and sent you an apology and sent and cc'd it to the same mod.

Actually, I reported that post because someone was pissed off at me, and I did not like you and Baby JamesS spamming someone else's thread. Yes, I REPORTED YOU. To bad you haven't been banned.....YET. It's coming though.

The emoticon you posted shows you feel that something is crazy. I don't want to hurt your feelings again Will. I'll hold off on responding you how you feel about promoting one of our sponsors to a corporate entity.

"It's taken some time to find the perfect cars for the project, but we searched for the most solid cars to begin the awesome transformations.

We're starting with a 2-door 1971 Volvo P1800 from western-Ontario. We're going to make extreme changes to the current gold and black exterior and customize the car inside and out! It's traveling to Shediac, New Brunswick for it's transformation at Henry's Auto Body.

We also have a 1994 Volkswagen Corrado from central-Ontario, a black-on-black mid-nineties hatchback that will get a complete overhaul! It's complete transformation will take place at Boot Hill Auto in Erin, Ontario.

This is only where we're starting. Check back tomorrow to see the unveiling of both renderings done by the renowned Matthew Law!"

Well they are butchering it already, here is the rendering:

Please someone go intervene and tell them how to properly modify or RESTORE a Corrado.

I've seen worse I suppose. I just dislike that color, and matte finish altogether for that matter.

Since it was a "restoration project" not a rice out project...

An army green matte paint job with "vip" wheels is far from a restoration..,

It needs to have the ride height raised a bit, different wheels, and a Euro lip. I would hardly say they are butchering it.

i honestly like the paint job but im also putting a 6" exhaust stack on my rabbit caddy diesel.

Ahh gotta love vortex, the place where nothing is ever good enough to anyones standards unless it was done by one of the forum role models...

Funny how the rendering is basically this car who by popular vote was an awesome car and now its fugly/ruining the car because an outside source is doing the build... Awesome

Nah, both them cars is ugly. (I just don't like that color of paint, though the gloss finish does look better)

Lucky dude got a really good base car to start with. 94 Canadian VR w/ recaro seats. I really, really hope the shop's resto work mods it up to a tribute car instead of bastardized homogenization of shiny eBay parts.

This is complete and utter BS we basically voted that a mint example be given a death sentence. The title implied that they'll be saving a run down pos and bringing it back to life, in which case I could care less what they did with it. If this joke of a project was advertised correctly, I'd have voted for those other cars instead
