    Yeah, also there is nobody to keep the grounds --- that place is a minefield of trash, brass, shotgun cartridges, broken bottles, cans, bowling pins etc...

    they have actually started having the guy who locks the gate at sunset pick up the trash...

    Still pathetic, the city builds a decent outdoor range and people can't be bothered to pick up their targets after shooting. The place had a bunch of improvements about 8 years ago within a month everything new was littered with bullet holes.

    Yep, and then people wonder why ranges get shut down. The local on here has been closed before because people shot up all of the signs, and the awning overhead etc.

    Well done! It's funny how the .50 BMG round looks just like a big-ass .30-06. Same proportions and whatnot.

    I know it's short notice but if anyone here in the Houston area has some free time and wants to play with some NFA and long-distance toys on 6-October (Saturday) let me know NOW.
