Anyone have any thoughts?

So I just finished the wire tuck on my 2003 gti, and have been driving it for a few days and its acting a little weird.
Brief Info:
I deleted the SAI & Evap systems and put the necessary resistors to avoid the CEL from deleting. Car has an APR Stage 2 chip so I should be seeing boost spikes up to about 18 like I did before my wire tuck, but right now it will not boost past 10, which I believe is a soft limp mode which does not trigger any CEL for me. Car smells like it is running slightly rich, but this could be the old plugs and the because the car has been sitting for a while. Also when revving the car up say to anything over 3K RPM and then getting off the gas and letting the rpms fall down, as the rpms fall way down to idle level the car almost dies (the battery light comes on the dash like when the car stalls or something), but it doesn't actually completely die, but it is very close.
It seems to me that this is fueling or air related, but I am not sure where to begin. I do have vag-com, but I am not a pro user of it just yet so I don't know what I can do to help determine the problem or problems and the solutions for them. Here are a couple logs that I thought might help someone help me.
Like I said I am new to the vag-com program so if any different scans are needed let me know.![]()
I appreciate any and all help.

weird...i'm having pretty much the same exact problem. i found a crack in a breather hose and replaced it with generic silicone thinking that would solve the problem for the time being, and nothing.
i also deleted SAI/N249 with stage 2 unitronic.
i'm very much to the point of![]()

There's nothing wrong with the fuel trims.
