Did you have a down pipe?

Looks like ass, fits like ass. Had to use silicon to fill the seams. Will try to put a paintable silicon over that and brush some silver paint. I should have taken off the autobahn film prior or perhaps used screws or plastic bits to tighten it up, but I'd need a s-load of them to get it totally tight. Anyhow looks good from a distance. Neuspeed Air flow, Borla "loud as f*** exhaust" actually too loud and on the annoying side. Waiting on rimz and that's about it. No more wrenchin for a while. Can't stand wrenching anyhow. Too lazy to work on cars anymore

You mean do I have a downpipe? You mean did I install a new downpipe? No

If you think Borla is loud without down-pipe....it sound SUPER loud with a 3" pipe..I absolutely love it IMO.

I find the car burps and gurgles a lot till you step on it. I'm not sure if that's what an intake and exhaust does. I also have the APR tuning as well.

Are you talking about the side skirts?
If so, they should've come with the install hardware/clips for them....didn't they?
And as for the exhaust....have you ever had an exhaust on a car before?
The Borla is REALLY on the mellow side (with the stock intake)
I'm 99% sure that the extra noise is also coming from your intake as well....since the Neuspeed is on the louder side

I'm the guy that had the coffee can on the Jetta
That was a tad louder than this. I'm not sure what the intake is supposed to sound like. Sometimes it sounds really funky.
Do you guys ever start from a stop light and the car just goes dead for a second? Happens every once in a while. Not like I'm punching it either. It sucks.
I find the exhaust to be more annoying in Drive vs. Sport Mode. I mean I'm getting use to it.
The side skirts were easy, except for getting the old plastic anchors out, which sucked. Even with the 5 piece trim kit removal tools I bought prior. Ended up bending a couple of the holes.
Nothing a hammer couldn't fix
The front anchors underneath and there's not really much holding it up top. So, it's not flush to the existing bumper. There's a couple 1-2mm gaps, especially in the front center to the left and right.
I was going to put some stainless steel screws in or drill holes and paint some round plastic anchors silver, but decided that I would need a s-load of them.
So I opted for the silicon caulk to fill the seams. So far it seems to hold pretty well and isn't that noticeable unless you get up real close. Can't wait to put the f'n rims on this thing.
