Anyone down still? I don't want to organize this bitch on my own anymore...input needed.

I would need at least two solid event organize helpers.

The Parleys Creek Paviliion has the biggest parking lot at 78 stalls, the lakeside one has 55 stalls, tho im sure we can fit more in there. Any of the pavilions is $70 from 8am-2pm or 3-10pm. $100 all day. If i remember right, weve used the Fabian Lakeside pavilion the past couple years. Heres a map:

Anyway. Do we want awards n stuff, or just a "come hangout" deal? Both have been done in the past, and both have been really fun.

Hahaha, i don't know about that, if you started working you'd probably beat me to it. I can't figure out what I want to do with it. One week I am going to strip the outside and get it repainted, the next I'm going to build the biggest motor I can fit in the back and the next week I'm going to sell the jetta and daily it, all while I've still not finished the back seat yet. Luckly I finally got new window rubber for it so I can take the tarp off of it and its warm enough that the garage is mine again so I can finish the interior.

Ninja Edit: I can start getting plates, cups, utensils, soda, chips and other stuff if someone can give me an idea of how much we need. I wasn't at the last one so I don't know how many people to expect.

Lets decide on what pavilion and where and I will front the cash for it. Should we do a poll or something?

i'd offer to bring my grille, but it's way too little for everyone. i'll be happy to bring anything else i can though (food, condiments, plates, etc). i think i can get my hands on some cones to mark off our parking area if that helps.

This will always be a Sunday, just to piss of the local religious folks

Better pavilion or better parking, thats what it comes down to in picking the spot.

hmm...i would say better parking, since this is a car-oriented event, but last year the pavilion was pretty packed the whole day. maybe take a vote?
