Yes. You'll be able to purchase different clips for the Yakima Q Towers that will be the base of your rack system. Check out the Yakima website for all of the different parts that you need for your '02 and then go to eBay/Craigslist to buy. You can piece together a rack on the cheap of you look around enough. You'll need 4 Q Towers and the clips for your '02 Camry, crossbars and locks to get started. I would add a fairing to that too... it cuts down on the noise a ton.

Any particular reason why you want a Yakima? I've been using a Thule for years and I LOVE their product.

Six of one, half a dozen of the other?

The only reason that I went with Yakima is that Thule didnt make a fit kit for the 'naked' roof on my current company car, an '11 Escape. I've been happy with it.

If you want the ultimate in roof rack portability check out SeaSucker (http://www.seasucker.com/). By no means am I affiliated with these guys but I've met the owner a few times and have seen plenty of their product in long term action. Great stuff.

    if you're thinking Prius...

spend the money now for a hitch and hitch rack.

Roof racks will eat into the fuel economy.

    This ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Hell, I have a Yukon XL and the Thule T1 hitch rack yields better fuel economy than on the roof. In my old Blazer, I'd get 16-17 Hwy with 2 bikes on the roof rack. With the Thule hitch rack, I got right at 20.
