Does anybody have any input on how to fix the access flaps that raise when you open the convertible top?

It looks like some type of lever has broken, the panels are intact but they dont raise correctly...

Unfortunately having something fixed that isnt under warranty is extremely expensive, the entire mechanism for those flaps is $381, and I think I only need a small piece.

ANY INPUT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!
