2006.5 TDI Air Wooshing Noise

Poked around the engine bay trying to find the source of an air wooshing noise under acceleration and found this:








The hose connection to the turbo wiggles under pressure and the torx bolts are nearly impossible to get any torque on to check tightness. Hose doesn't appear cracked. Rest of the hoses are tight. Ideas? 98k on it.
