Thread: Bluewater 3.2L 24V VR6 Billet Fuel Rails And Full Install Kits On Sale!

  1. 05-07-2012 09:34 PM #1
    Only $175.00 Buy Here
    In conjunction with 034 we are proud to announce the 3.2L 24V VR6 Fuel Rail. This rail is CAD engineered to facilitate optimal fuel delivery. Until now there has never been an option for running an aftermarket FPR and AN lines with the factory rail. These fuel rails are precisely CNC machined in-house from billet aluminum to ensure perfect fitment and the anodized black for a nice finish. The rail accommodates stock fuel injectors or short (48.8mm) bodied injectors.

    This is a great addition for high-horsepower turbocharged 3.2L 24V VR6 engines, and eliminates having to modify the stock rail to allow for larger fuel lines.

    What's Included:

    * Bluewater 3.2L 24V VR6 Fuel Rail
    * -6AN Fittings
    * Installation Hardware
    * We Also Have The Option To Add A FPR Adapter or To Purchase A Full Install Kit
    So everything Is Ready To Go!

    Fitment:

    * Volkswagen R32 3.2L VR6
    * Volkswagen Beetle RSi 3.2L VR6
    * Volkswagen Touareg 3.2L VR6
    * Audi A3 3.2L VR6
    * Audi TT 3.2L VR6

    Please Note: Does not fit the 2.8L 24V VR6 found in the Volkswagen Golf/Jetta/GTI/GLI.

    1. What is that hexagonal block on the left?

    2. I assume that this connects to the top left plastic fuel line by the coolant ball? Is there a way to get a custom length?

    1.The hexagonal block on the left is the fuel pressure regulator adapter which allows you to utilize the stock FPR.

    2. Give us a call if you need a custom length as well. We can accommodate any size that you need. (303)-800-7193

    could you guys make the power steering lines that run from the rack over the transmission and I believe attach to those hard cooling lines. Mine leak

    I just need the rubber line that attaches at the rack, it leaks where the rubber meets the metal.

    Is it just me or does the FPR look like it is before the injectors? O wait you reversed the flow right?

    Yes the flow is reversed. The fuel comes in at the drivers side and the FPR is at the passenger side.

    I think we could make those but the challenge is to make them for less than the factory one which is $250.00 I made some custom lines on our old NA R32 I will try to go through my notes to see how much I can make them for.

    Price is $420.00 for everything like as shown. Which is a hell of a deal since we used to charge $400 for a rail and labor to modify it to accept AN fittings.

    No you will just use the stock 4 bar FPR in your current setup.

    Honestly in an NA car there are no real added benefits unless you are wanting to run AN lines or are just in it for the looks.

    Gabe,

    Ok have I really turned dumb or am I missing something here. How do I login to your website to place an order, i cant find where to register my log on?

    Also will -6AN fittings and -6AN fuel lines support 650bhp? Or should i go for -8AN?

    You do not need to login to order. Also, -8AN will work better for 650bph...
