Well, after a lot of thinking and debating what I wanted to do, I went back to my roots and bought another VW, a new GTi to be exact. So, I paid off the Forester instead of trading it in and have decided to sell outright.
I am the second owner of the car, picked it up with 56K on the clock and bone stock, I even have the original window sticker of $27,249:biggrin: Pretty much as soon as I got it home, I changed the trans fluid with the genuine Subaru ATF, the front and rear diff with Mobil 1 and have been running Rotella T6 with the Purolator Pure 1 oil filters. The engine is still bone stock as crazy as that sounds. The only thing that I've had to do in the almost 2 years I've had it is replace the infamous cracked radiator and replaced the drive belts while I was at it. The plugs were done at 60K with the OEM Subaru plugs. I also flushed the brake fluid and filled aith ATE Super Blue along with 4 Speed Bleeders.

Onto the condition: the body is very clean on this car. The only real ding, which you have to look hard to see is on the roof. The front grill was Plasti dipped but could use another coat eventually. The 2 rear door panels (inner) have a few scuffs on the plastic, nothing major, was like that when I bought it. There is a little wind noise from the passenger front door, haven't messed with it too much. 2 of the splash guards have some slight marks, looks like stress marks in the paint but you have to been down on them to see...no paint is missing or chipped off. That's about it off the top of my head.
Oh, also included in the sale are 2 extra sets of wheels and tires:
16" steel wheels with 225/60/16 Dunlop Graspic DS2 (a few years old but the tires are still very beefy)
Factory 16" XT wheels (some curbage) with 215/60/16 Kumho Platinum tires (still good tread on these as well)
Please feel free to ask any questions. I'm working on uploading a video of the car I took but it's not ready yet.
